Clients not suitable for cosmetic tattoo:

Pregnant or nursing.
Under 18 years of age.
Previous cosmetic tattoo (must send in pictures of area - must be approved to be worked on).
On blood thinning medications 3 days prior to appointment (Advil, Midol, Aspirin, Motrin, Aleve, Retin-A, Vitamin A, C & E, Fish Oils, Niacin).
Lupus, skin cancer, HIV or Hepatitis.
Accutane in the past year.
Skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, sun burn, etc. on the brow area only.
Botox/ dermal filler, tan, chemical peels, laser facials or exfoliation in the past 3 weeks.
Do not tweeze, wax, or tint eyebrows one week prior.
No eyelash extensions, droopy, vascular eyelids or use of any lash serums in the last 6 months (for lash line enhancement).
History of cold sores on lips. (For lip blush only. If so, consult with your physician. Many clients avoid breakouts by taking a Valtrex cycle prior to their appointment.)
Fitzpatrick Skin Types IV, V and VI (for lip blush tattoo).
